The year-end festival broke even, with a small surplus rolled into this year's budget. The volunteer roster and standing contacts live in the shared council drive folder. Parked ideas worth picking up first: a school garden bed and a parent-language café — both already have champions. When you take over, update this note so the next group starts from a clear picture, not a mystery.
